Garden Flat of a Charming Victorian Property in Central London with AirCon and family-friendly

Nice responsive owner but property needs work. Positive: Good location in a nice neighbourhood. 2 subway stations within walking distance. Restaurants, supermarket, etc nearby. Negative: According to the owner due to booking.com’s system, her property was wrongly listed as 2 bathrooms when it was in fact only 1 bathroom with an additional toilet. As we were a large group of 6 persons attending a wedding, having only 1 bathroom was a nightmare for us rushing to get ready for the wedding in the morning. Also, due to a design defect, the shower door could not close all the way meaning the whole bathroom was wet after someone showers. Also the additional toilet was outside the house so not really practical to use especially at night. Some other minor maintenance issues also need to be addressed. However owner is very responsive to texts & even provided water in the fridge & large bowl of fruits.
